We want you and your furry friend to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy for any reason, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.

✅ Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Within 30 days of delivery
  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging (if applicable)

🔄 How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at support@pawflow.pet with your order number
  2. Describe the reason for your return
  3. Include photos if the item is damaged or defective
  4. We'll respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions

💰 Refund Process

  • Defective/Damaged Items: Full refund including return shipping costs
  • Change of Mind: Full product refund; customer pays return shipping
  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

📦 Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damage
  • We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Items used by pets (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items damaged through misuse
  • Items returned after 30 days

🔄 Exchanges

Want a different color or size? Contact us and we'll arrange an exchange. You'll only pay the shipping difference (if any).
